Pros +
- The rooms were very nice and clean. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend anyone to come here.
- Staff was standoff, we went to eat breakfast at 8:40 and they were closing up kitchen even though it closes at 9 the staff lady kept asking my friend what was our room number multiple times as if we shouldn’t be there. Then everyone got kicked out at 9 staff lady told everyone “kitchen and breakfast area is closed you guys are welcome to take your plates to your room or something” we all took our food and walked out with the plates in our hands very uncomfortable and unprofessional
- The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful and professional

- For the ice machines to work on all floors
- The staff in the morning at breakfast
- The room was loud. Between the AC coming on, the garage truck, and the freeway I did not have the best sleep. Also I think it was very unprofessional that a lady told everyone we had to leave the morning breakfast hall at exactly 9am when the breakfast was over.
