- Its location and price
- The staff were excellent, took care of everything. My room was taken very good of, new towels, coffee and condiments, my bad was remade. My dirty towels replaced and trash was emptied. Excellent experience at the Windham.
Cons -
- Hot tub was out of order. Someone in the lobby on a regular basis. Someone to great you and maybe answer questions. There was someone really nice when I checked in but never seen her again in 3 days I was there.
- Power was out in the morning and the hotel does not have a generator
