- Good lighting and friendly staff
- Clean room, quiet. Staff was friendly and found me a room on the first floor. Ice machine that works! Thanks. Will stay again!
- Dog friendly. The rooms are large.
Cons -
- Toilet paper in the toilet, food on the desk and chair.
- Breakfast was ok, basic bagels, muffin, yogurt, coffee and juice. Wish they has a waffle maker setup.
- The elevator malfunctioned. I told the staff but nothing was done. 2 kids were stuck after it dropped from 4th to 3rd floor then the door stuck. their family member was able to get the doors opened. Still staff did nothing
