TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ontario Chino Hills

Pros +

• Very clean. Polite staff and helpful. Surrounded by good restaurants. Plus the rooms have kitchenette.
• I like the size of the room. And the fact we had two closets. You had lots of room to store our clothes.
• convenience to work

Cons -

• I didn't like the sofa and the seating area. It was old, saggy and dirty. The whole room needs an update. A refurbishment, if you will. I have stayed here several times in the past and it's always been great. But the furniture is worn and dated.
• We had no power in whole hotel until 9 am on sat morning so sat night was miserable like camping
• Some of the staff need to be more respectful and work on their customer service. They also need to work on their communication and hotel safety. There was an issue with my reservation, and I was kicked out of my room 2 hours before check out. The lady that knocked on my door to let me know I needed to go downstairs was rude. She needs to handle herself differently, and she needs to learn how to speak to her paying customers. The whole situation needed to be handled better than it was as it was not my fault that the lady who checked me in messed up on her side. My safety could have been compromised, but luckily, I was okay. They need to be more careful about how they handle bookings. I definitely will not be going back, which sucks because the hotel itself was really nice. Talking down on customers is never okay.
