The low price.
Location, layout of the room, cleanliness, staff.
Love the King suite. Location is great to walk to the mall, restaurants.

Cons -

Room was cavernous- could have had a more comfortable sofa.
Only that it needs more hooks or towel bars in bathroom.
Unfortunately other guests were an issue. Couple fighting in the suite next to us at all hours. Bachelorette party, lots of weed smell in the hall that drifted into our room. Love this hotel but this stay sucked.

Very clean.

When we tried to check in at 1:00 PM the lady at the counter said it would cost me $50 to check in early. When we later came back to check in I reminded the lady that I was a Hilton gold member and I thought that allowed me to check in early. She agreed.
