- Good location in Carpenteria.Clean , comfortable bed; good coffee in Registration area -only in A.M. howeverIt was quiet.

- Reasonably priced, great location, and clean.
Cons -
- The lighting in my guest room was low wattage. It was challenging if a person wanted to read- and I did. I missed the coffee pot in the room! But all in all , a good place to stay
- Floors are always so dirty. There?s no carpet (which is great) but if you run a damp cloth on the flooring, it comes up black with dirt. Every time I?ve stayed here.
- Thin blankets and towels. Loud toilet.
