- The room was very clean and VERY large -- wow!
- THE STAFF AMAZIMG. The HOTEL AMAZING AND QUIET. BEAUTIFUL POOL!! ONE OF THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE'S OF MY LIFE!!! I HAVE NOT FELT WELL. I HAVE FELT AT HOME!!!!
- How friendly our housekeeper was. She works very hard to keep the place looking nice and does not seem to get the same respect back from the people she works for.
Cons -
- This hotel is literally RIGHT NEXT to the 5 Freeway. It is SO LOUD all the time, and the noise permeates the entire hotel, no matter where you are. I actually felt bad for the staff sitting there all day because the noise of traffic is constant.
- EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- The hotel stuff is very rude especially the lady that works in the mornings.
