- The food in the restuarant
- Location
- Toilet was filthy. Wasn?t cleaned. I travel with Lysol wipes so I took care of it. It was late and I was leaving at 6am so I don?t complain. I was tired and ready for sleep
Cons -
- The rooms did not have shower caps nor bathrobes, hoping that this would be in included at this level, did not notice any benefit of being a Bonvoy Elite.
- The parking cost 100 dollars on top of the room cost should be included with hotel cost
- Front hosts need to be more professional and helpful
