- The response from management and conflict resolution method. Horrible! Very discriminatory unfair treatment towards minorities. Very unwelcoming
- Hidden charges - the stay was 75% more than I prepaid onilne. Called to double check dogs were ok before booking. Nowhere did it that there was an additional $75 charge for dogs. Then a $20 charge for my car. The elevator was broken. Staff was unhelpful.
