Cons -
- I was upset when I was told by the receptionist that I couldn't check in to my room, as we have 3 adults and we only booked one-king bed room. I have to upgrade to a two-queen bed room with additional $170 per night. That was ridiculous.
- Water pressure was the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. Shower time was basically tripled.
- friends had a cockroach in their bathroom but when reported staff quickly followed up and provided a new room. still somewhat of a downer.
