- I've used this hotel several times now. It's very well insulated so despite being near planes, trains, & a busy arterial, you can get a good night's sleep. I really like the unique pull-out luggage rack when you can open your bag & leave it.
- Staff went out of their way to accommodate my disability, and when I have a bad hair day for a wedding, they very kindly gave me hairspray. And the food in the caf� was delicious!
- Had dining, near airport, friendly staff.
Cons -
- No
- Room was very basic. Bathroom lacked amenities.
- I didn't like how breakfast was not included. It seemed like when I booked that breakfast was included but when I got there it clearly wasn't. Just being a little more clear about that up front would have been much appreciated.
