Clean and comfortable.
The pool area was lovely and in a nice area of the hotel.
The staff were great. The room was great. The hotel is beautiful.

Cons -

They charged my card when I checked in. Then they told me they released the charge before I checked out and tried to charge me for the room again upon checking out. Also, the shower floor could've been cleaner, some hair strands were present.
Pricey but nothing felt thoughtful or of quality, extra charge for Â¿amenitiesÂ¿ (just a swimming pool and hot tub like every hotel) and valet which I didnÂ¿t want or need but couldnÂ¿t park in the free protected lot unless they parked it. The vibe was off.
