- The first room we got assigned to, the bathtub was dirty, there was sand in the bathtub, the lights weren?t working. My husband went back & gave us another room. The room was dirty, dusty, the bathtub was dirty, looked like they didn?t cleaned it.
- Was not notified the pool was out of order.
- The AC did not work,fingernail clippings on couch hair under the blankets I reserved the room they knew I had 4 kids with me I was given
