- Location, walking distance to the Village, boat rentals and restaurants.
- Bigger rooms and updated modern clean style

Cons -
- We were at the 2 story building on first floor. We can hear the next door neighbors water flow on the tub. Also, the pillows are very flimsy and not hotel grade pillows and only got 2 small flimsy pillows per bed.
- the mattress was not very comfortable. had trouble sleeping . but the room over all was great
- The airconditioner doesn¿t work. It¿s literally like summer on a winter time. It¿s only the heater that¿s working and it keeps going until you turn off the switch. Just horrible! We change to a different room & it¿s the same so we end up turning it o
