- I think the hotel has good character. It is in a good safe location and I liked that the rooms had fridges.
- Absolutely loved Hotel Beverly Terrace, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing and the rooms and facility are modern and adorable! The rooptop and courtyard are so nice, and the free breakfast is awesome!
- the staff was very accommodating
Cons -
- The continental breakfast was really disappointing. It would be nice if they offered hot food or a little more that would be nice.
- No hot water for my morning shower. The heating function of the wall unit didn't work. I used the extra blankets provided.
- One of the employees was rude and said disparaging remarks about the guests. The hotel manager smoothed things over. There was lipstick on the glass in the room that was wrapped in plastic (like it had been cleaned).
