Pros +
- Staff at the desk was friendly. Hotel employee at breakfast was very kind and helpful. Room, lobby and dining area was clean. Toiletries were in larger user-friendly bottles. We appreciated the good exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the 12pm checkout.
Cons -
- Yeah the cleanliness of the room is not great and felt a little old like a 2 star hotel and definitely not a 3 star
- They double billed me for a one night stay and won't return my money.
- I do wish that breakfast was fully stocked until 9:30 and that there were fruit options available. Our room had three towels even though it was reserved for four people (obviously not a big deal, but it prevents a call to front desk and waiting).

I called to reserve a handicapped room after booking but none was available upon my arrival
