- The property is conveniently located just off the highway 99 corridor in the central valley, which makes it a good location for those traveling between southern california and the central valley. The price was also very reasonable, particularly for a facility that included breakfast.

- This time around, our stay was not as pleasant, mostly because the area around our room was unclean and not maintained. There were wet, dirty towels on the floor outside the door of our room, as well as random spent lottery scratchers, and nothing was done during the duration of our stay to clean it up.
- Front desk staff not friendly. I was experiencing car issues and had to take my vehicle in to a mechanic the day that I was going to check out and asked if it was possible for me to have a late check out since my vehicle was being repaired. There was a definite no and that I HAD to take out all of my luggage and pets before 11 am and wait in a small "lobby"! I didn't get my vehicle until 1130! I had a late check in and was traveling to San Francisco so it would have been nice to be able to stay in my room until my car was done! Will not ever stay in this location!!

Front desk staff not friendly. It’s gated, it looks nice, it’s quite and close to mall and restaurant and freeways
It’s not clean as it’s said, the rooms had the smell of cigarettes, and on the walls there was spider webs, and we saw a bug crawling on the ceiling, we said it was a lady bug, but we are not 100%, on that !,
