Hotel Atwater

Pros +

• The bed was very comfortable
• Location and the hotel remodel was beautiful.Front desk had great staff and accommodated all our needs
• The hotel is clean and updated. It looks like it has been recently renovated. The rooms are small but totally functional. Had a beautiful view of the water, bed was comfy and staff was super helpful and pleasant. Will absolutely stay again!

Cons -

• Our group was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. When we tried to call front desk no one had a clue as to what to do. Staff need¿s training on that situation. We left our luggage w an Atwater employee upon arrival , items were stolen from our luggag
• The only problem was... We stayed on the third floor and the family above us were running and heavy footed. You can hear hallway noise & footsteps above us.
• having Priceline tell me they were charging the entire amount upfront and then finding out that wasn't the case and the remainder was due and owing on check out was an eye opener.
