As before, the staff was friendly and attentive. They looked sharp in their uniforms. It was nice to see smiles on their faces, as if they enjoyed their jobs.

The ice machine was gone and the elevator didn't work.

The location is good

We experienced a serious safety issue during our stay. On our fourth night at the hotel, the ceiling in our bathroom began leaking heavily and visibly sagging while my children were present, creating a clear safety hazard. It was genuinely alarming and felt unsafe, especially for a family traveling with young children.When we reported the issue to the front desk around 10:30 p.m., after our children were already asleep, the only solution offered was to move us to another room down the hallway. There was no room upgrade, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the safety risk or disruption, despite the fact that we had already been staying there for several nights.The room change caused significant inconvenience and distress late at night. The following day, I attempted to discuss the situation further and even offered to pay for a room upgrade due to what had occurred. At that point, I was told that the elevators were suddenly not working—despite them operating earlier that same morning—which felt dismissive and inconsistent.While building issues can happen, the way this situation was handled showed a lack of empathy, accountability, and customer care. A safety concern involving a potential ceiling collapse, especially with children present, should be handled with far more urgency and consideration.

I loved everything about it.

OMG! The staff was amazing. You couldn't get more smiles and manners out of them. The young lady who checked us in was well dressed, her uniform was crisp, she was polite, and friendly.
