Beds were nice and room was spacious
Shower had no hot water and the drain was clogged. Cockroaches visible in vents of a/c unit

The property photos were very misleading, the room pictures on here and the website do not match what they give you at check in, I had to pay extra in cash only to be put in the room advertised as the room I reserved. The rooms were dirty my room had a rolled marijuana joint in the shower there was trash under the bed and dresser and the couch was filthy and the AC unit in the living room area did not work, there was also drug pipes in the parking lot the bathroom furniture had completely fallen apart the bed frame looked like it had never been cleaned it was just gross!

The location was perfect to our needs. Good places to eat around the hotel and really good distance to Disneyland.
A bit out of date. Old furniture, the iron didn't work. Towels we're rough and stiff. No lamps in room.

Location is pretty good, building is okay looking, staff was very nice.
Toilet seat looks like something they got out of a dumpster! Tub caulk had quite a bit of mold.Toilet closet was missing doors, but still had the catches!Bedspread was torn.It was a cheap deal.For --- USD, in Mexico you can get a very nice, clean 4 Star

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our toilet didn't flush properly and got cloged, floor under window next to heater was wet, had sleep number beds however ours didn't work and beds where extremely hard didn't sleep too well. Over all great hotel would stay again.

I have nothing nice to say about this hotel that is good in anyway.
The worst customer service. The worst smelling office. The worst parking lot, they charge for ice, They don't serve breakfast, their rooms or horrible, they have horrible bathroom they have a dirty towels ripped towels messed up blankets pillows are used

friendly staff, clean room, spacious room, very quiet
beds were very hard, could'nt sleep very well , need more chairs in the pool area, ran out of towels
