Very clean and good location. Breakfast was great!
Didn’t get the room we ordered. They had a water pipe burst and had to adjust, which is fine, but they had 2 weeks to notify us so we could adjust if we wanted to. They did not contact and inform anyone in our party for the 3 rooms we requested with a separate bedroom and a view of Disneyland.

Big rooms, quiet, equipped. Very close to Disneyland and to the shuttle stations.
Parking is mandatory and overpriced. Breakfast was basic and ok.

The location is good. Lots of food options and walking distance to Disney parks.
The fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

We like the proximity, 15mins walk to Disneyland gate. Lots of restaurant options surrounding it. Even convenience store and Walgreens/CVS close the hotel. Room is spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff accommodating & pleasant.
Water pressure in the shower is kind of low. And when you turn the faucent to hot, it dispense white cloudy water. Breakfast was delicious but I was hoping for more options. Maybe a suggestion that they can have chef who can cook eggs the way you like it. And the timings for bfast hopefully can extend till 11am. Most of the families staying late at the park coming home late. And its hard to wake up very early in the morning and make it to 9am or 10am bfast.

Great location and the hotel is very clean.
Room was really small especially with the bunk beds. Was smaller than it looked in the photos.

Rooms are nice and clean. Very spacious, Beds are comfortable. AC works great. Full size refrigerator is a plus and distance to the park entrance is a 10-15 min walk.
No vents in the restroom. Better take some air freshener if you plan on going #2. Haha. Other than that everything was excellent.

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Hotel is very comfortable. Location was amazing. Even being on a somewhat busy corner the hotel and our room felt very secure. Parking was simple and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. There isn't a huge breakfast selection, but it is decent.
People talking loudly at 7 am in the hallway. Woke us up.
