I didn't like anything bcuz I never got the chance to enjoy what the hotel had to offe. This was the worst experience ever

I didn't like how the people at the desk had no idea why I was double charged.. I stopped to get a good nite sleep after driving for over 12 hours straight. Bcuz of the issues I experienced I was upset and couldn't get much sleep.
