- Refusing to cancel room, sub par accommodations rude staff
- We had some issues with the door handle and lock operations. It definitely needs some maintenance or replacement. And the carpet needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. The dirt constantly tracked into the bath and made the bath floors muddy.
