- It's location. It is right around where we wanted to explore locations related to Grand Canyon.
- Friendly staffs
Cons -
- The carpets and room were not clean. The headboard to the bed had greasy hand prints on it. The chain lock was broken. Only half the lighting over the mirror worked. The TV did not work! They had to come up twice to fix. Mattress was lumpy and mushy
- 1. Cleanliness - This is a big issue. The carpets were all dirty. Linens were very substandard with worn out. 2. The vanity sink was not draining. Iron was not working, AC was not cooling effectively, Hair dryer wasn't working
- Disappointed at breakfast...No eggs/aussages, no yogr, no fruits....Need more optiins for breakfast
