Clean and spacious room and very quiet.

A bit pricy for a midweek overnight stay. The tub was very slippery and I was very concerned about falling!

Airport shuttle on request. Big and comfortable rooms.

Quite far to walk to eateries. To extend our stay for two nights we had to check in again. Not much of a chore but I think that could be avoided.

Very clean and in a good location. The staff was very nice when we had to approach them for anything.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I had asked for a hearing impaired room and that didn’t happen. Also the shower was too slippery I was afraid to get in. Partly because I can’t feel my feet due to a chronic illness. I was under the impression that if I had a hearing impaired room that it would also be handicapped accessible in other words hand rails in the bathroom as needed. Even my girlfriend who is healthy with no health issues slipped in the shower. She didn’t feel safe either.

The facility was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good.

Lots of space and the rooms are very clean.

I wish there was a hotel like this everywhere I traveled.

Cleanliness, size and amenities of room

Breakfaast was very poor in terms of adequate food. Ran out of many items more than an hour before end of breakfast hours. They know how many guests they have and should be prepared for that number. Room was not made up in 4 days and used towels, etc. were removed but not replaced by staff.

Location is great. Property is clean and well maintained. Front desk staff friendly.

Housekeeping missed some things in our room. There was womens hair tie on the floor in bathroom. Conditioner missing in shower. Some signs of mildew under soap dish in shower. Breakfast was a different story. Attendant was overwhelmed. She could not keep up .There was no hot food in the chafers. She had no help and couldn't get food out for people. We tried 3 times to get something and all we managed to get was coffee. They had green bananas, no pastries, no hot food , ran out of waffle mix, etc.
