DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson Downtown Convention Center, AZ

I ate a couple of dinners and one breakfast at the hotel. They were all quite fine. The breakfast was the best and the breakfast dining room was bright and enjoyable. All of the staff were very polite, professional and helpful.

It was all good and a good value for the cost.

Location was great next to many amenities

Building was outdated, in our room, smelled musty.

The staff was very friendly. The location was excellent for my needs.

There was no shower gel in the shower. The bed was worn out, and a bit uncomfortable.

The parking attendants were super friendly and helpful. The air purifier in the rooms. Music was amazing! Room was clean.

The property had an egg scent. We received cookies when greeted. Parking fee when the hotel was higher priced than other hotels in the area. They had a bar by the pool that no one ever attended. Honestly that egg smell around the hotel was a lot. We had no shampoo, conditioner or body wash.

Very nice and centrally located

Wasn’t informed that there was a $20 parking fee daily. Was just told that my room card would let us in and out until I got my final bill.

Great location for public transport links and downtown. Beds were super comfy. Welcome cookies were delicious! Public areas comfortable.

Some tourist information about what’s available locally. Staff didn’t know where the tourist information office was in Tucson. Paper cups in coffee machine in room. Proper mugs would be better. Having to look online for hotel info.
