- Clean Staff was friendly Nice room
- The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was most comfortable.

Cons -
- I stayed at this hotel because it hosts an AVA walk series. The desk clerk didn't know what I was talking about, but the manager would be in in about "an hour and a half". Why not call and ask? Also, housekeeping was in the room before I checked out.
- A/C unit in our room had no power and the wall control panel also did not work. Refrigerator thawed out overnight and dumped melted ice water everywhere. Closet door would not latch closed.
- Bed too firm for my liking .
