- Rooms were great, especially the outdoor shower. Beautiful location on Oak Creek. Pool was great.
- The combo of the staff and wonderful atmosphere.
- This property is amazing! Great location in central Sedona, yet you feel a world away from the city. Close to hiking and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are amazing, and convenient shuttle service is provided. Restaurant is fabulous!
Cons -
- The staff at Etch seemed hit or miss. Sometimes they were attentive and other times they were not. Pool had a lot of ants around it. Given a reservation at Sunday brunch and only had 30 minutes left. They ended up giving a discount but why even book?
- No - it was great!
- 5 star prices with 3 star service.
