- Location, private quiet landscaping, unique decor touches, daily yoga and free bikes, wonderful pool with pool bar, Canal Club bar, Private balcony
- It smelled so good in the hotel and I loved the ambiance! I also really loved the free shuttle into town.

Cons -
- Espresso coffee machine in room was loud and not to our taste.?Prefer regular drip coffee machine in room. Wish there was a small microwave in room to reheat restaurant leftovers. Less liquor in refrigerator. Bathroom lighting was too dim.
- There could be more drawers in the room to put stuff away. It was a little confusing trying to figure out what I could or couldn't use for free in my room too. They even charged you to use a corkscrew!
- I did not like the outdated building...did not like the cockaroach on top of the tv...did not like having room right in front of laundry room
