Location and friendly service.
The location and the restaurant and bars on property.
This was such a great hotel, We loved i so much that we booked a second night while we were there. It was such a fun and unique place. The history and location were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again! The staff was excellent.

Cons -

Parking was far but nothing can be done about this.
The elevator was out of order and had to use the stairs.

beautiful, interesting historic hotel; lots of dining and shopping nearby; sparkling clean; great staff

no in-room coffee; room was cold - had to ask for space heater at front desk.
