The staff was nice, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the numerous issues. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Good location, close enough to downtown for fun but far enough away from any noise. 10 minute drive to beautiful parks!

Cons -

The room had numerous issues: trip hazards like nails sticking up, a sticking deadbolt posing a fire hazard, and a loose door handle. Uneven floors are a nightmare for wheelchair users. Roaches, a worn-out shower, a broken faucet, and a lumpy bed.

We killed over 20 bugs while we were there. We killed multiple cockroaches and that it simply unacceptable. There were bleach marks on the towels and sheets as well. When I told the staff about it they said there was nothing they can do about it.
