Clean facility. Friendly Staff. Free parking. Close to the rental car facility and airport.
Location is away from any eating places except Waffle House. Shower pressure is pretty low - maybe conserving water but did not have any signs regarding that.

Front desk staff super friendly. Rooms clean and roomy with no bad hotel odors from cigarettes or vapingq.Check in and out super convenient and easy.

Friendly and courteous staff. Understood my family situation and were very accommodating. Caring and respectful staff. Hotel was excellent and comfortable

I got quiet room but could still hear people walking on other floors.The bed was clean and very comfortable.
The shower was not throughly clean. Black hairs found in the shower.I asked for a wake up call and never received it, I could of missed my plane!!Also, in that HIE, I did not have any hot water to shower with, only very lukewarm water...I was too tired to call front desk to possible have room changed. I brought it to the attention to check out clerk in the morning. All she said was sorry and offered me snack from their snack area. That was poor form! She asked me if I was a rewards member I said I was not. She said she would share my complaint with her manager.I heard from the manager after a few hours and she only said basicly, "I hope you enjoyed your snacks".

Staff were very friendly, helpful and made sure I had transportation to the airport. The location is very convenient. The rooms are very clean. I will continue to stay at this location even if I do not need to catch a flight.
