Large, comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the corner suite with the large bathtub and separate shower. The hotel itself was pretty quiet, given its location downtown.
The room wasn't super clean. We found strange things on the floor that somehow were missed

Huge room, nice view, super kind and attentive staff. Great hotel. LOVED the water mist system at the terrace!
The area is kinda corporate but there are still cool restaurants around.

The rooms are very spacious.
It’s right in downtown and we were with dogs so there’s no great place to walk them. Also there were no luggage carts available for the very long trek to our room. Also the heat in our room was broken. Stuck on 74. Too hot.

The staff is exceptional all around, helpful, polite, professional; from the lobby, valet, bar/restaurant, housekeeping. People who answer phones are great too. All staff is wonderful.
Was inconvenienced that there is no snack bar or vending. And if the restaurant is closed, it would be nice to have.

The room is very confortable, big and clean. The hotel is well located next to the convention center.
We had a very late checkin (3:30 am) because the flight was terribly delayed and we had to wait more than 25min to get the room because the manager couldn’t been reached while it is supposed to be a 24 hours reception.
