We checked in at midnight & the staff was supportive. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The A/C worked well.

The location is wonderful; lots to see and do/eat! They have a free shuttle for local drop-offs, a must in the heat.
When we came back to our room, the dead bolt had prevented the door from closing! I tried to make it go in, but was unsuccessful. The desk clerk came up and jiggled it around and it finally went back. I opened the door and let it go (mimicking leaving) and it was jammed again. I insisted on moving rooms because I thought “What if it locks us IN in an emergency?” The clerk gave me a little attitude about it (she had been lovely before). Check your doors, people.

Great location, friendly staff, shuttle to airport and downtown, hot breakfast, free parking.
One elevator out of service, beds on the soft side.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to Chase field was a great perk.
Very dated. I always stay at Marriott hotels because they are always nice. AC did not work well in the room making sleep difficult. After all, it’s Phoenix in July

Front desk person was very upbeat and helpful! Location was perfect as we were going to a Diamondbacks game and a Sting concert. Our room was very clean, adequate and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.
The hotel was a little worn and tired. Good for the price of the room. We will stay again.

We are replacing/renovating one of our Elevators beginning July 7th 2025. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience as we make this improvement. There will be one elevator in operation and there are two stairwells on each end of the hallways.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
