Extremely clean, great location, plenty of parking, beautiful grounds, and professional staff.

The food and service at the restaurant was just average. I wouldn't recommend it.

People often complain about poor service in the comments, and I have to confirm this. After check-in, we found a few things in the room that needed fixing, such as mold in a poorly cleaned refrigerator. We reported the issue, but no one cleaned it during our three-week stay.

The location is nice outside of the main part of the city. Lovely that the resort is just on the golf course. There’s so much greenery around the area. I like going for a walk to the food shop.

There were a few hairs in the bathroom, but otherwise it was quite clean.Being on the outskirts, the taxi journeys are a little bit more expensive, but I think it’s worth it.

The concierges were very nice and genuinely trying to help, the grounds are nice, though outdated. It is a good location, close enough to the airport.

I arrived late (midnight) and the concierge was very nice and accommodating, even drove in the the golf cart to my building since I didn't have a car with me and it was dark. I got to the room (2nd floor, steep stairs, no elevator) and the key did not open the door. I called back for about 20 min until I got her on the phone and she concluded that the maid left the bolt on the door; she sent the security with another key from another building, so I had to climb down and lug my suitcase up another set of stairs. The security person handed me the new key after about 15 min and left (didn't even wait to see if the door opened). It was 1 am by that time. The concierge called to see if I got in the room (again, very nice) and I asked to be moved the next day - the room was very run down. At 7 am I woke up to men cutting the lawn and the bushes (only at that location, just my luck). After 30 min I called and let the front desk know that's not ok, and asked to be moved. They put me in a more secluded building, more renovated. The dishwasher Other than the last day men cutting the lawn (again!) very early, the rest of the stay was ok. When I left I asked for a folio showing a 0 balance and I did not receive one. I texted them at the end of the day and they had sent it to some other email. They finally sent to me and it had no information, not even dates of the stay. They said they cannot send me other, more detailed one. Would not go there again!

The best thing was the price on Booking. The location was great! Only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. The property was wonderful; pool, restaurant, staff, and room. The landscape was beautiful; the shrubs were blooming which added to the atmosphere. The restaurant food and service was very good. And prices were very reasonable. The room and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, soap, towels, coffee, etc. It had a washer and dryer and they even included laundry soap. The outside patio was very nice with a chair, table and lounger. Nice to have coffee outside before it got too hot. The room was supplied with ‘Root’ soaps and lotions in the bath and kitchen. Nice touch. The room was as supplied with plenty of towels including nice large pool towels.

We had a problem with the kitchen sink draining. When I reported it they came right out but because it required extensive repair they could not fix it during my stay. Also, when they have events, parking becomes very limited. I went to dinner and when I returned, I had to park 4 bldg’s down from where I was staying due to a wedding and a golf tournament. And it happened to be raining.

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The grill had a great selection of food and it was excellent!

Attending time share pitch to obtain discounts! Was told there would be no pressure to buy. They lied!
