- The staff member, he was amazing and saved my entire trip, I drove over 900 miles to get there!

- My room was too loud parking outside
- There was one staff member who saved my entire trip. due to lack of work ethic by his other co-workers my original reservation was cancelled. He made sure I got a room at the original booked price and was amazing! He needs a raise!
