- Night staff was exceptional, we got there late in the evening and my daughter was bummed out that the pool was closing in 30 minutes. She got in the water with about 20 minutes of pool time remaining we asked if we could stay 10 minutes after the closing time and he hooked us up. 10 minutes might not sound like a big deal but to a 12 year old it made her night. He didn't have to do it, but like I said he made her night.
- Staff were friendly and helpful; room was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped; We enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The breakfast was good.
- Staff and location were awesome as well as the room cleanliness.
Cons -

- The location of the elevator. It was located way to 1 side of the building instead of being located central of the building
