- Yes the guy at desk was rude and everything was broken
- There was no door knob on our room, there were no blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. No pool towels, the room wasn't very clean.
- 1) Sofa cushions were soiled, bathroom fan noisy and did not work, dirty bathroom floor, heavy dust on cabinet behind TV. 2) Hot tub did not appear to be clean water - cloudy and dirty
