The staff morning and evening wete pleasant.The breakfast was good a nice variety and always warm.

Bathroom had zero hot water, only room temperature. This was horrible. Not having a hot shower in the room was inconvenient. We reported this however it wasn't rectified during our visit. Room 216. I believe most rooms. We showered elsewhere for a week.
There was no hot water and when I called front desk he could care less. There was also old take out in the fridge that smelled horrible.
