Pros +
- I appreciated the location and often stay at one of these hotels before early morning flights.
- How close it was to the casino.
- The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the decor and family-friendly vibe, too. The local favorites boards outside the elevators was a great touch. We also appreciated being allowed to check in an hour early.
Cons -
- The thermostat did not work. The heat or air would kick on but never kick off. It just kept going, getting over 85 degrees in the room. It wouldnt turn "off" so I spent the night switching between heat and air to try to keep from burning or freezing. Notified front desk and they did encourage me to notify the general manager about it.
- Not one room with a tub. Floors and bathroom were dirty. Housekeeping came in at 8am to clean the room and realized we hadn’t checked out yet. They should know who has and has not checked out before they just come into someone’s room.
- The wifi wouldn't stay connected which was a bit of a bummer. The bedding could have used an extra sheet or thicker comforter, we were all cold.

How close it was to the casino.
