- Close to my job I can walk to work and the new beds

- The night staff and cleaners were very helpful and friendly.

- Bugs in my bed and on the wall
- The room was hot the water pressure was horrible and they couldn’t find my booking when I got there so I didn’t know if I was gonna have to pay again and nobody was at the front desk to check out I had to call the land line to get someone up front.
- It was under construction, and as a disabled traveler it was very difficult for me. One elevator which i asked to be close to was not accommodated, the advertisement has a pool that was not open, my room had neither a closet or even a rack or hooks to hang clothes. The water pressure was too weak to shower so I had to use the bathtub which was difficult without proper safety bar placement. Not enough staff to help with bags, and no ramp close to the covered entrance for a walker or wheelchair.

Few lights. Tv difficult. Hair dryer didn’t work. No mirrors outside the bathroom.
