Had a vacancy.
The new owners had just taken over. They were given a property in disrepair and missing items such as towels, washrags, coffee makers, etc. However, the staff did all they could to make our stay pleasant.

Staff could not figure out how to use their register and credit card reader. Could not check-in. Had to go elsewhere.
As I mentioned above, they didn't have certain items that most all motels supply like wash rags, coffee maker (they did provide the packets, but with no way to make the coffee), and a refrigerator that worked.
Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned (dirty toilet bowl, hair in bathtub) Fire alarm disconnected No telephone to contact front desk No toilet paper Stained upholstery Stained carpet Tattered lampshades Bouncy, worn-out mattresses Poorly lit parking lot

Leaving it. First room had tub drain pipe that was completely broken and separated from the tub. 2nd room had not been cleaned. Soap and wrapper still on tub. Trash in trash can. Sheets had holes and stains. No clean towels.

Hotel is absolutely disgusting. The owner seemed sincere, but his son working the front desk was not. After 25 years in the military, I've stayed in some pretty poor conditions, but none as gross as this. There is no way this hotel should even be 2 star.
