- Very nice hotel with nice roomy rooms & friendly staff. Comfortable beds & very clean.
- Overall, the property is excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room and sleeping accommodations are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
- I enjoyed the food and drinks.
Cons -
- We were on the 5th floor, not sure if that's why we only had LUKEWARM water in the shower. It was also not very cool in our room.
- The AA conference attendees spoiled our trip each time we exited the facility with their cloud of smoke at the front entrance. Your sign asks that smoking be 25 feet from the door. We had to walk through the people. I suggest moving the bucket and smoking post further away from the door or outside the elevator in the parking garage with specific directions where to smoke. The secondhand smoke was not good. For guests or new guests arriving, it wasn't a welcoming sight.
- The hvac unit in the room did not work properly. The hotel staff worked on the unit. Very very warm in the room. The staff simply said leave a window cracked open.

Very nice hotel with nice roomy rooms & friendly staff. Comfortable beds & very clean.

I enjoyed the food and drinks.
I didnt like how hot the room and hotel was. Also there were ladybugs all over the inside of my windows in the room. The pillows were awful.
