The worker on the over night shift tried to accommodate with what the hotel had but everything needed work, repairs and cleaning

Everything, The hotel is livable for homeless shelter accommodation. Nothing worked properly. The toilet seat was not repaired. It was missing a bolt to keep it from falling off. The electricity did not allow us to use appliances at the same time . We were told to unplug and use one appliance at a time. The sheets had cigarette burns on it. The cover for the ac unit was broken and falling off. The room & appliances were not clean besides the bathroom tub toilet and sink. The phone did not work in the room. The window cover for room was off for privacy. My mom’s wig end up missing in the process of moving to the other room. I think it was left in the other room and we asked the cleaning lady and she stated she didn’t see a wig. My mom is a cancer patient who could not do her treatment for her arm and we were not able to go to my daughters 2 day of her wrestling tournament because my mom did not have her hair. The whole stay for those hrs I was there was stressful and horrible. Also killed a roach and brought it to the worker and one was beside my bed in the other room we were moved to.

The staff is nice to everyone regardless of their appearance,

Roaches. Prostitution workers in lobby. Weed smell in hallways.

Price.

Everything else. Roaches, cigarette smell and burns in sheets in a non-smoking room.

Well I'd move rooms because the TV in my first room didn't work the second room I moved to the TV was sketchy and I didn't want to do it for the third time at 2:00 in the morning therefore there was a couple light fixtures out but the worst part about it was to grow at the front desk was very rude I don't know who taught her her customer service skills but she needs to go back and we learn them because she won't get very far acting like the way she does with customers in that kind of business
