1. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only, cash is not accepted. Weekly housekeeping is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and linen or towel changes. Fresh linens and towels can be exchanged at the front desk for a small fee. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights and USD 15 per day thereafter. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of USD 10 per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours or late check-out. Guests are responsible for any damage to linens (pillows, sheets, duvets, towels). Smoking in non-designated areas will incur an additional charge of USD 250. Additional unregistered guests will incur USD 50 per guest, per night. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Please note that parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of USD 25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends(Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
