- All the counters was dusty,carpets in hallways needs to vacuumed
- Key card needing re-scanned every 24hours, minor updates could improve appearances like curtains on a functioning rod, No laundry as listed on webpage
- Yes it was 6? outside and the hotel didn't have any heat on in the room and once turned on the unit never did heat the room. I complained but was not offered any compensation for my discomfort. I only stayed in the room for about 6 hrs.
