Pros +

The staff is always friendly and wiling to accommodate short notice changes.
The room was big and I loved having the loveseat to sit on while watching TV. The room has had improvements done to it and instead of lamps both sides of the bed had switches with a light above the bed and 2 plug outlets. The room was extremely clean.it
It had a large room.

Cons -

The bathroom floor could have been swept more throughly.
The bed was not comfortable and for a king bed they only gave us 3 pillows. At check in the front desk yelled at me for dropping my cigarette which was a bit unprofessional yet guests were hanging around the stairs smoking marijuana and nothing was said.

It was close by where I was when I pulled over to look for a place to stop for the night. It was least expensive or next to it n had good reviews so I chose the Palace. It also had a restaurant

TV was the usual most basic cable possible. No guide option on remote so I had to go 1 channel at a time. Motels should have smart TVs with good internet. Guests could log into their own streaming services. Cable TV is obsolete
