- I did show up to this motel at 1 am. There was no bell on the door, no front desk clerk, nobody answered the phone at the motel and I called the manager and she also did not answer. They are lying about saying that I did not show up. I even wrote a note and slipped it into the return key slot and I told them i was there to check in and could not get any service. They had a sign on the door that stated there was no vacancy and they removed the door bell from the door. I do not appreciate them at all especially lying and saying I was a no show. I am furious and in my opinion this is the most poorly ran motel I have ever been to as far as customer service. The front desk clerk at night is slow and lazy and does not want to do his job!!!
