Pros +
- The rooms where clean.
- The only redeeming quality for this hotel at the stated star level and price point is that the desk person was friendly and the check in process was quick.
- Easy to get to from the freeway.
Cons -
- I was charged twice for my stay and still haven't received a refund.
- The Lady at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all
- My room was dirty and run down. The furniture, linens, and curtains all had large and concerning stains. I found a dead bug in one bed. The tub/shower had a large amount of mold and mildew and there was something splattered on a bathroom wall.
