Pros +
- Floor level room and continental breakfast was great!
- The location.
- The room and bathroom were clean. I felt safe as a single traveler.
Cons -
- The handicap room #120 needs updated to modern standards with shower and NOT having a tub to step so high into!
- 1. Moldy smell 2. No room service, did not refresh the room, towels and trash. 3. Very noisy guest in the room above. 4. Leaky shower dropped all night 5. Mentioned all of these issues to the front desk and non were corrected.
- The room was very humid. I had to make the air cold from the AC to be comfortable but it was too cold to go to sleep. The bathroom floor has residue where my shoes slid every time I walked in it. I put a towel down and stepped on it.
